There could be random fuel leaks, where the fuel would go down much faster than usual.

TCAS can alert you of approaching traffic by the chat thing.

The other alarms (Terrain, gear, etc) could also be alerted through the  chat thing.

And gear damage, when you go at a high speed with the gear extended, the gear is forced to retract, but you can't lower the gear after that happens.

I see what you're suggesting. We could add random failers, but it should be "VERY RARE" event, we don't want it happening all of the time. I might take this suggestion into the server.
