A few suggestions from Phil.

Okay, I know the server is not yet up so I don't know if what I am suggesting is already scripted into the server.

-Set call-sign: Upon entering a plane you should make the person set their call-sign.
-Quick commands: Commands like /to /lan to takeoff and land also /taxi to taxi to a clear runway. And /vfr and /ifr to your work location otherwise you type /ifr or /vfr [destination]
-LV center SF center etc: A place where you work as ATC and track flights and give directions (Radar would be good).
-Random failures: Have random failures like engine failure, control failures etc
-Don't get kicked out of plane because of no fuel: What to say? Very very very unreal. Have it so the engines just shut off or have it be like "s" is being pressed.

I think our control settings are different because "s" for me make the plane I am flying slow down.

S: Nose up
D= Right arrow: Roll left
Q= Left arrow: Roll right
A: Turn left
E: Turn rigt
