  • Possible fuel leak
  • Rudder Came off
  • Plane wasn't controllable, and that's why it ditched unsuccessfully

From the data we have; the plane was controllable the whole time. We (the investigation team) think that when the pilot yelled "Rudder" the plane was spiraling down. But they did not have enough time to stabilize. one of the planes engines where found further away from the main crash site and the vertical stabilizer was found intact in spite the force of the crash. We suspect the engine blew off the plane in flight causing major damage to the wing which caused the plane to lose control.
We continue to investigate. Meanwhile you guys can think up more reasons the plane crashed while we find the cause of the fuel leak and the engine falling off.
